Burnout happens when ongoing stress, especially from work, caregiving, or constant pressure, leads to emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion. It can leave you feeling detached, drained, and unable to function like you normally do.

This quick, 5-minute burnout quiz can help you get a better sense of whether you’re experiencing burnout, how it may be affecting your life, and what steps you can take to recover.
